Sur Terre et dans les airs is a documentary by Betty Biedermann about the practice of helping others create and install alternative FM radios. To what end do the artists and activists interviewed encourage the creation of transmitters and radio stations? Whereas it is in DIY workshops of transmitters or the installation of stations from A to Z, radio inspires and catalyzes exchanges.
