[Les Lilas • France]
“It was then, when I shut my eyes, that to my great surprise many things appeared violently against my closed eyelids. […] A complex and multicolored interweaving, […] like mazes: the tangle of rooms and corridors that made up a labyrinth in full expansion.”

Under the influence of peyote, in the mind of Gwyneth Bison certain hallucinations created bridges between the magic thinking of Mexican shamanism and the technical and creative thinking of Daedalus, the famous architect of the no less famous labyrinth where the Minotaur was imprisoned. Finding his way amongst multiple paths, which open to him as he unwinds his skein, it is under the patronage of Daedalus that Gwyneth Bison conducts this derivative and delirious conference. Allowing himself detours, swerves and surprising correlations, he links Mexico to ancient Greece by a straight line, brings them closer by a curved one, as if he were unwinding a chain of rings, a line of loops, the combination of linearity and circularity, reminiscent of “vacations as a child with his uncle in Nogent-le-Rotrou, where the departure point for the touristic circuit was also the arrival point”…
